100 scam
Bought a 100 vanilla prepaid card yesterday. guy gives me slip says cards activated.
went to use it. nope doesn't work. called vanilla customer service after i explain the situation and after the bs of sending in docs of proof i bought etc. they now say gonna take 30 days to send me a new card with my 100 bucks on it.
I can get a fn bike from amazon delivered to my door within a day yet these *** need 30 days to send me a fn card!
BIGGEST scam out there!! Contrite *** keep apologizing, u should fn apologize u POS cause u working for a scamming POS company!
Vanilla Visa and Walgreens should be shut down!!!!!

I wanted something online so I went to cvs and got a vanilla gift card and got 20 bucks on it. Went on and got something I had to preorder just to get it.
So that means I had to wait a few weeks and I was like okay that's fine because ITS LIMITED EDITION and when it finally came out a *** day later it said "we're sorry we had to cancel your order" and I was like okay bet!
So I check my amount on that one website where you can check ur amount and how much you wasted. Under the transaction log it said target and under that it said pending but since they cancelled it THEY HAVENT PUT MY MONEY BACK IN WTF DUDE I GOT SO PISSED BECAUSE IT WAS A SHAWN MENDES SIGNED CD AND UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

(THIS IS THE LETTER I SUBMITTED TO MY STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE). I also plan on filing a complaint with the BBB.
My father in law purchased a Vanilla Visa gift card for me at CVS for my birthday. Upon trying to use the card it was declined. I then called the the number on the card and spoke to a representative by the name of Essence and her supervisor. They informed me that the card had not been properly activated and that they would require some information and a few days to figure out what is happening. They gave me an email to send in the info (consumed@***.com). This email does not work. All correspondence sent to them is rejected. When I call and tell them about it they flat out deny that the email is not working and tell me I'll have to fax it in. Who has a fax at home any more? This company is ripping people off left and right. A simple google search will find 1000's of complaints similar to mine.

Please let me know what can be done to stop this from happening to other people. I am a NICU nurse that takes great pride in helping people and I hate getting taken advantage of. My poor father-in-law feels like crap. He feels violated and he should. If he had to deal with Incomm's customer service for the Vanilla Visa cards he'd feel even worse.The number for Vanilla Visa is 1-80*-571-****. I have a case number with them regarding this issue. I have no faith in their customer service team to resolve this matter. I also contacted CVS and they are looking into it as well. Please let me know if any thing can be done about this or if my assistance regarding this matter will be needed.

REFUND PROCESS NEEDS REVISION!!
I purchased a car stereo online from best buy not realizing that best buy did not offer multiple payment methods. I got the refund for the car stereo and all the parts right away, but a week later I am still waiting for the refund to process for the installation.
Best Buy sent a cancellation order the day after the order was sent electronically. I talked to best buy and they said it might take 3-5 business days to show up. I called Best Buy when the money was still not returned on the 5th day and they said that is when they told me they had sent the cancellation order to visa on day 1. I then Called this company, and their customer service representative said that even if they receive a cancellation order, they still keep the funds available to the business for a FULL 7 DAYS.
I had an authorization code from best buy to cancel the order over the phone, and the customer service representative said they do not do that either and I just have to wait the 7 days and on day 8 the money will be ready. WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY ON DAY 2!!! The other portion of the money from the original transaction was returned right away to the card, but the installation was billed to a different location.
I have purchased visa gift cards for others as presents.
I am not sure if I will do that again. I may even request not to receive any visa cards from anyone in the future unless I get a response from Visa.
