I have a Vanilla prepaid Visa. It has cost me and I have been rerouted twice and still haven't gotten my money.
- - -Do not use the My Vanilla Card Visa prepaid; described as not safe and FDIC backed by Bancorp Bank, serviced by InComm, with alleged InComm scamming.
I don't care to tell this story again. Just don't say you weren't warned.
Do no business with My Vanilla Card Visa prepaid.
They are suppose to be FDIC BACKED BY BANCORP BANK AND DISTRIBUTED AND SERVICED BY INCOMM FINANCIAL SERVICES INC .
THE CARD ISNT SAFE AND I FIGURE NON OF WHAT THEY HAVE IS.
IM GOING TO CONTINUE UNTIL I FIND SOMEONE SOMEWHERE THAT WILL STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT.

6/2019. We purchased a $100.00 gift card for my Dad for Father's Day.
He used it twice when it got hacked. The person took out $80.00 dollars leaving just a few dollars on the card. So I called up and they agreed to replace the card. Well, now weeks have gone by and he has still not received his replacement card.
I call every few days an am getting the run-around. Give it a few more days and if he doesn't receive it call us back I'm being told.
Never ever again will I do this. He should of had a new card in days not weeks if he ever even gets it.

- - I reported it to police and will contact the BBB and federal complaint commission.
Today I tried to activate a vanilla visa in the amount of $275 which was all taken From me these people are scam artists And kept me on the phone until they used every penny of my $275I reported it to the police and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the federal complaint commission as well
AMEN same thing happened to us we need to get the word out to everyone and put this company out of business scammers. scammers don't believe you when you mail them receipt where and when you bought it.

I bought a sweatshirt from amazon and my card was charged but I never received the shirt. After waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive, I called amazon and they could only refund to the vanilla gift card.
BUT, since I used the balance of the card, I no longer had the card.
In addition, amazon called vanilla giftcards and the balance cannot be put back on the giftcard. SO, I was ripped off!!!
