Vanilla Visa - VANILLA SUCKS
First get some cs reps that don't have a language barrier. My co worker purchased a card to buy some online items(done this before), the card would not go through kept being denied and the cs reps were totally useless.
I had to repeat myself over and over asked for supervisor that was equally frustrating. It took FOREVER for the so called supervisor to get to the phone. I will never ever ever buy a Vanilla card again and NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
The government will be informed of your shameful and abusive ways .*** *** *** FE Honest folk trying to buy things and you fools ripping people off.
PLus if you request a refund they say its 7-10 days to get it back . DON'T DO IT, JUST DON,T DO IT
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $52.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Vanilla Visa Cons: Disgusted, Bad customer service.
