Vanilla Visa Credit and Debit Card services made fake charges and won't hear our complaints.They made illegal and unwanted charges.

The merchants checked and for sure did not make those charges. When I called Vanilla Visa to report this fraud, they made me jump through many hoops and do many tricks. They required so much paperwork. They were rude over the phone and hung up on me.

Then, they said they needed 60 - 90 days to process my refund. Then after 90 days, they said I didn't submit the information I requested (when I absolutely did). Then they said they closed my case. When I called, they said I couldn't re-open it.

Vanilla Visa works like a fraudulent company and there is already a law firm that has announced a class action lawsuit against them. Vanilla Visa is a gift card for them; not for you.

Please contact the FBI, police, and your lawyer to get your money back.When there are enough complaints to the BBB, they will have to be more honest.
