Registered my card and all went well until I Tried to use it would not work tried on line to find out why, now the system claims it is invalid information. Phone calls to auto systems hangs up in middle of call.
No support online except to wait days. Good job I was not needing the card for anything important like food to live. Very unhappy $250.00 just to find out this is going on all the time.
Come on Visa get some help for all these people or are we just filling in your corporate coffers with more and more ill gotten funds?
Is it incompetence is it apathy? Where are the answers?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $257.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Not being able to use a gift card, Losing money, No support.
